About This Opportunity

The Graham Wallace Scholarship is an undergraduate scholarship offered by Imperial College London for students in the Faculty of Engineering. The scholarship provides a cash bursary of £20,000 per year to be paid towards tuition fees and living costs for students pursuing MEng or MSci courses. One scholarship is available for the 2026/27 academic year. The award is renewable for a maximum of 4 academic years, excluding repeat periods of study. To be eligible, candidates must have an offer of admission to study an undergraduate MEng or MSci course in the Faculty of Engineering, possess Home fee status, and have been assessed for financial support through Student Finance England with a verified household income of less than £70,000 per annum. The scholarship shall be used to pay the relevant tuition fees, with all remaining funds from the initial £20,000 to be paid to such student as a maintenance grant. The successful scholar will be expected to meet informally with the donors on occasions and will be required to submit a short statement of progress each year that will be shared with the donors.

Review process

The Department that the applicant has applied to within the Faculty of Engineering will assess academic merit from predicted A-Level results and the UCAS application form. Applicants will be ranked by Departments and the final selection from the shortlist will be made by the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering.
