The Inlaks-Drama School Mumbai Theatre Studentship

The Inlaks-Drama School Mumbai Theatre Studentship supports talented theatre professionals pursuing a post-graduate certificate course at Drama School Mumbai. The program combines acting, scriptwriting, performance-making (including storytelling, direction, devising, and design), and entrepreneurial skills, offering a comprehensive and dynamic approach to enhance an artiste's career in the dramatic arts. The studentship provides financial support of up to INR 200,000 for a one-year period to candidates who have secured admission to Drama School Mumbai through their selection process. The Drama School Mumbai was founded in 2013 to forge a new generation of theatre-makers - actor-creator-entrepreneurs professionally trained to perform and create work to a higher global standard of storytelling. Alumni of the program are highly active in the theatre industry, founding theatre groups, acting in award-winning plays, working in films, and applying their craft in education and corporate training.
