The Inlaks Fine Art Award

The Inlaks Fine Art Awards support young, emerging Indian artists to build and strengthen their practice. The Award enables the recipient to undertake independent work in India for one year, with a stipulation to attend a recognized Art Residency programme for 4 weeks during the year. The Award is worth INR 3,00,000/- for a period of one year. Additionally, the Awardee will be required to attend an art residency programme within India for a period of four weeks during the course of the year resulting in an open day event. Awardees must submit a detailed interim report at the end of 6 months (mid term) and a final report at the end of their award term, as well as a residency report on completion of their residency.
