About this opportunity

The Inlaks-King's India Institute Studentship enables scholars currently enrolled in PhD programmes at Indian universities to undertake a short-term visit to the King's India Institute, King's College London, to collect material, use facilities and consult experts towards their research for their PhDs. The studentship offers financial support for a period of up to three months to undertake research at the King's India Institute, access their libraries and meet with experts in the field. Successful candidates can also access other libraries and academic institutions in the UK. The program is specifically designed for PhD students who have been registered for at least two years but not more than three years, with research in Humanities and Social Sciences. Applicants must be Indian passport holders residing in India, born on or after 1st January 1990, and must hold first-class Bachelor's and Master's degrees.
