About This Opportunity

The Inman Charity is a UK-based grant-making organization that provides financial assistance to charities working in specific areas of charitable work. The Trustees operate a grant-giving policy with a view to making annual grants of £350,000. The charity holds two meetings per year (April and October) to consider applications. The Trustees are particularly interested in supporting charities working in the following areas: medical research, care of the elderly, older people and general welfare, hospices, care of the deaf and blind, care of the physically and mentally disabled, and the armed forces. The charity accepts applications from registered charities, CICs, and CIOs during two specific application windows each year. Applications must be submitted by email with two PDF attachments: a covering letter outlining the nature and purpose of the charity and the funding request, and a copy of the charity's latest Annual Report and Accounts. The Trustees will support both specific projects and core funding.
