About this opportunity
This scholarship aims to provide financial assistance to a PhD student to undertake advanced research into the experiences of women making their careers as leaders in the finance and investment banking industries. The scholarship has been established to support research under the supervision of Prof. Rae Cooper (AO, FASSA) on gender equality dynamics within the finance industry and ecosystem. The scholarship is funded by Investec Australia Limited and the University of Sydney Business School. Recipients will conduct advanced research into the experiences of women employed in the finance and investment banking industries, contributing to understanding of gender equality challenges and opportunities in these sectors.
