The John Beveridge Elective Term Medical Scholarship

This scholarship supports Doctor of Medicine students to undertake an elective term of study outside the Sydney metropolitan area or overseas. Established in 2015, the scholarship was generously donated by David and Bernadette Smith to provide financial assistance to MD students at the University of Sydney who are in need to undertake an elective term outside of the Sydney metropolitan area or internationally. The scholarship is designed to support students during their third year elective placement, providing financial assistance to those demonstrating financial need while undertaking clinical or research experiences beyond the Sydney region.
