About This Opportunity

The Kalyan Scholarship in Engineering provides comprehensive financial support for undergraduate students pursuing engineering degrees at Imperial College London. The scholarship covers full tuition fees and provides an annual stipend of £17,191 in the first year, with increases in subsequent years to keep pace with inflation. This scholarship is specifically designed for home fee status students from lower-income backgrounds who have been assessed for financial support through Student Finance England with a verified household income of less than £70,000 per annum. The award is tenable for a maximum of 4 years, excluding repeat periods of study. Recipients must be studying an undergraduate MEng or MSci course within the Faculty of Engineering and are expected to maintain satisfactory academic progress throughout their studies. The successful scholar will have opportunities to meet informally with the donors and will be required to submit an annual progress statement.
