About This Opportunity

The Kim Walker Scholarship Endowment Fund provides financial support to outstanding undergraduate or postgraduate music students at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. Established in 2012, this scholarship assists students undertaking coursework or research degrees. The scholarship is awarded on the basis of academic merit, portfolio and/or performance, with preference given to students studying bassoon, oboe or saxophone. For postgraduate research applicants, the scholarship may also be awarded on the basis of research achievements and potential. The scholarship value and duration are determined by the Dean of the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and will be stipulated in the scholarship offer letter to successful recipients. No separate application is required as eligible students are automatically considered as part of their admission application to the Conservatorium.
