The Linder Foundation - Environment Grants

The Linder Foundation supports specific land-based projects relating to biodiversity and species preservation or re-introduction. Projects can be in urban or rural environments, farm-based or within connected farms, and may contain research elements that provide evidence for change. The Foundation prioritizes projects with potential for replication or scaling, those involving volunteers and community engagement, and initiatives aimed at biodiversity improvements for targeted species or habitat management. The average grant is £15,000 and should cover at least 50% of the total project cost. Priority areas include regenerative farming focusing on healthy soils, farmland ecosystems for sustainable food production and carbon capture, as well as projects seeking to improve carbon capture and manage habitat improvements. The Foundation holds trustee meetings in March, July, and October each year to review applications.
