About this opportunity
The Mark Wandall Foundation offers scholarships to graduating seniors and/or young adults (age 25 or younger) who are legal US citizens and residents of the state of Florida, seeking post-secondary education, and who have suffered the death of a parent, sibling, or guardian. This scholarship is specifically designed to support students who have experienced significant family loss as they pursue higher education at colleges, universities, or vocational programs. Scholarship values and distribution of funds will be determined after all scholarship applications have been received and reviewed. For the 2025-26 academic year, the foundation will award $8,000 in total scholarships. The scholarship is renewable, with students able to reapply every year for up to 4 scholarship awards maximum per individual. Recipients will be notified by May 15, 2026.
