The Moss Keane Rugby Scholarship

The University College Cork has received a sum from an anonymous donor for the provision of an annual sports scholarship to perpetuate the memory of the late Moss Keane. This scholarship is designed to support outstanding rugby players who demonstrate exceptional ability in the sport and have the potential to compete at national or international level. The scholarship provides financial support of €5,000 annually to full-time students at UCC who maintain both satisfactory academic and athletic standards. Recipients must make themselves available to the Department of Sport & Physical Activity up to three times a year and undergo physiological fitness tests. The scholarship is renewable dependent on maintaining satisfactory academic and athletic performance throughout the duration of the programme.
