The Potential Pool for Music Publishers

The Potential Pool for Music Publishers is aimed at supporting music publishers in all genres, with emphasis on publishers, projects or creators in a start-up phase. This includes newly started publishing companies or publishing projects for young creators at the start of their careers, or authors returning to the industry after a break who lack start-up support. The pool supports expenses for projects where applicants work with music publishing as part of their business. Eligible projects include music export and dissemination of Danish music abroad, sync grants for marketing recordings in relation to synchronisation licensing, educational grants for training employees and associated authors, and sustainability projects that promote a more socially, environmentally or economically sustainable music industry. All music publishers can apply regardless of nationality and membership, provided they run ordinary music publishing business with a publishing contract with a minimum of 1 songwriter (in addition to owners).
