About this opportunity
The Ray Hadfield Memorial Fellowship is funded by annual income from an endowment fund created by the Hadfield family. This fellowship is awarded to a graduate student whose project, thesis, or dissertation is related to research or treatment of rheumatic diseases. The fellowship is open to students from various departments or schools including, but not limited to: Biochemistry, Microbiology, Mechanical Engineering, Nursing, Physical Education, Psychology, Public Administration, and Social Work. Nominations are requested from relevant departments, and approval is made by the Faculty of Graduate Studies Graduate Awards Committee in consultation with the Arthritis Society. The minimum requirement for consideration is normally an A- average, and recipients must be full-time graduate students who maintain minimum academic standing.
