About this opportunity
This scholarship was established to provide access to further education and opportunities to a student who may not otherwise be able to afford to attend University. Open to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Students Only pursuing undergraduate studies at the University of Wollongong. The scholarship supports students who can demonstrate financial need and/or social disadvantage, with equity criteria including low income, family background, living in or originating from rural or isolated regions, and/or permanent disability. Recipients must maintain a minimum weighted average mark (WAM) of 50 and be enrolling in their first year of full-time undergraduate study in any degree program at UoW. The scholarship aims to help students achieve their career ambitions who may not otherwise have the opportunity to attend university.
