The Responsify Empowering Others Scholarship

The Responsify Empowering Others Scholarship is an annual award that recognizes students who can demonstrate how their major can be used to empower others. Responsify is a marketing strategy company with a team that values empowering people, and they believe that with the correct tools anyone can reach their aspirations and use their skills to empower others. The scholarship is awarded to a student who submits an inspiring self-reflective essay exploring the concept of empowerment. Applicants must write a 1,000 to 1,500 word essay answering questions about why empowering others is important, how their major can be used to empower others, and when they last felt empowered. The scholarship is open to domestic, international, online, and undocumented students enrolled as full-time undergraduate or graduate students at accredited US colleges or universities. There is no minimum GPA requirement. The winning candidate is selected by a panel of judges from Responsify, and the scholarship is available on a yearly basis but is non-renewable. The scholarship funds are sent directly to the college or university to be applied to qualified college expenses including tuition, fees, books, and on-campus room and board for the current academic year.
