About this opportunity

As one of North America's premier financial institutions and Canada's most international bank, Scotiabank has identified the importance of cross-cultural experiences for students. The Scotiabank International Award, created at the University of Regina, supports a unique opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students to study internationally in a structured, post-secondary program. The award provides financial support for students to pursue international study experiences, with preference given to those wishing to study in the Americas and/or a Caribbean country, and to students who have been engaged as volunteers in projects supporting the community. Graduate students must have completed all course work and have their thesis or project proposal approved (for Master's students) or have completed all course work and comprehensive exam (for Doctoral students).
