The Sensodyne Award

The Sensodyne Award is an annual prize offered by Stafford Miller Limited in the School of Dental Hygiene at University College Cork. The award recognizes academic excellence in dental hygiene education by presenting both a monetary prize and a perpetual trophy to the top-performing student. The prize is awarded to a student who achieves the best overall result in the Diploma in Dental Hygiene Examination at the first attempt, having completed the programme in the minimum time required. This award serves to acknowledge and encourage outstanding achievement in dental hygiene education at UCC.
