About this opportunity
The Sheila Petty and Vaughn Borden Graduate Student Scholarship in Media Studies was established through a generous donation to the University of Regina 2011 Matching Gift Program to assist students who are pursuing a post-graduate degree in Media Studies. This scholarship supports graduate students pursuing their studies in Fine Arts, Media Studies, specifically focusing on Media, Art and Performance, Fine Arts, and Media Production and Studies. The scholarship is awarded annually to one qualified graduate student who is accepted and in good standing, registered full-time during the semester the scholarship is awarded (minimum of 6 credit hours or as defined in the graduate calendar), and maintains a minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 80%. Recipients must be pursuing a post-graduate degree (Master's or PhD) in Fine Arts, Media Studies at the University of Regina.
