The Undergraduate Scholarship

The Undergraduate Scholarship is a one-off payment of £500 for students who are starting their undergraduate studies at Bath Spa University in September 2024 or September 2025. The scholarship is designed to support first-year students who demonstrate academic excellence by achieving either better than their predicted grades or outstanding grades of at least AAB in their A-levels (or equivalent). This award is automatically granted to eligible students who meet the admissions requirements through UCAS, Confirmation, or Clearing. The scholarship is part of Bath Spa University's commitment to supporting students during their transition to university life. Payment is made directly into students' bank accounts via BACS towards the end of January following their enrollment. No separate application is required as eligibility is automatically assessed based on academic performance. The scholarship is intended to provide financial support during the critical first year of undergraduate study.
