About this opportunity
The University of Sydney Bioethics Scholarship provides financial assistance to students studying a Master of Bioethics at the Sydney School of Public Health. This scholarship was established to support students pursuing graduate studies in the field of bioethics at the University of Sydney.
The scholarship is valued at $7,500 AUD and covers one full-time semester of study. The scholarship value will be paid directly towards the student's tuition fees for the applicable semester. For part-time students, the amount awarded will be 50% of the full-time rate.
The scholarship is awarded on the basis of merit relative to opportunity, demonstrated through a special research project plan submission and a personal statement. The personal statement should outline the applicant's case for the scholarship, their potential relative to opportunity, and if applicable, details of structural or personal adversity.
Applicants must have an unconditional offer of admission or be currently enrolled in a Master of Bioethics at the University of Sydney. Fee-HELP deferred students are not eligible for this scholarship.
