The W. Scott Jeffery Award (Spring)

The W. Scott Jeffery Award is established to honor Scott Jeffery's deeply appreciated and irreplaceable contribution to the English Department's Professional Writing Program at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. An award in his name is made each year to a University of Massachusetts Amherst undergraduate student matriculating in the professional writing program. The award recognizes outstanding students enrolled in the PWTC Certificate Program and provides financial support to continue their studies in professional writing. This scholarship celebrates excellence in professional writing education and honors the legacy of Scott Jeffery's contributions to the field.
