The Wayne, Roberta & Jon Rufus Musser Scholarship

The Wayne, Roberta & Jon Rufus Musser Scholarship is offered through the Petaluma Educational Foundation to support graduating high school students from Petaluma High School. The scholarship is designed to assist students who will be enrolling in college, university, or trade/vocational school beginning in the Fall 2026 term. Applicants must not be taking a gap year and must demonstrate academic achievement. The scholarship specifically considers first-generation college students pursuing post-secondary education.
