Thomas A. and Gail M. Higgins Scholarship

The Thomas A. and Gail M. Higgins Scholarship is awarded to students who are graduates of Charleston High School pursuing a major in Elementary or Middle Level education at Eastern Illinois University. Recipients must be juniors in good standing with an above-average academic record. The scholarship is announced in the Spring semester and disbursed in the Fall semester. The award amount varies and recipients are automatically considered based on their completed General Application through the Eastern Illinois University scholarship system.
