Thomas A. Smith Memorial Scholarship

The Thomas A. Smith Memorial Scholarship provides annual financial support to Perimeter College students at Georgia State University to cover tuition, fees, books, and other educational expenses. This scholarship is specifically designated for graduates of Tucker High School who are enrolling as part-time or full-time students at Perimeter College. Recipients must demonstrate financial need as determined by the Office of Financial Aid and maintain a minimum high school GPA of 2.7. Applicants are required to submit an essay of up to 500 words describing how the scholarship will help them achieve their educational and career goals. Students are automatically considered for this scholarship based on their completed General Application through the Georgia State University scholarship portal.
