Thrive Fund

The Thrive Fund is an exciting initiative which contributes financial support that helps students to take part in activities which enhance their employability, build their confidence and develop their transferable skills. Students can apply for funding to support a career-enhancing project, initiative or opportunity that will enhance the development of graduate attributes and enrich their student experience enabling them to stand out in a competitive environment. The fund supports activities such as travel and accommodation costs for unpaid work experience or volunteering, expenses for interviews or assessment days, representing the university at conferences or events, and developing creative materials like films, performances, or publications. Upon successful completion, students are required to share their story through various formats and become Fund Ambassadors to promote the fund to their peers.
