Tilskot til brannsikring av tette trehusområde

This grant program supports fire safety measures in densely built wooden house areas of cultural-historical value. The funding aims to contribute to the national goal that fires with loss of irreplaceable national cultural values do not occur. Grants can be given for measures that contribute to rapid fire detection, prevent spreading, and facilitate easy extinguishing. Support can also be provided for developing or revising fire safety plans. Projects that test new methods with transferable value to other areas are prioritized. The grant program is administered by Møre og Romsdal County Council and funding is provided from the state budget.
