Tilskot til studiesenter

This grant program supports study centers in providing access to education and competence development for residents and employees in businesses who cannot attend regular education at permanent study locations due to long distances. A study center is a place where people can meet and learn, making it possible to obtain education and develop competence without having to relocate, especially in rural districts. The offerings at the study centers are professionally managed by upper secondary schools, vocational schools, colleges, and universities. Private and public enterprises, foundations, and organizations registered with an organization number in the Brønnøysund Registers can apply for grants to study centers. Funding can be sought for initiatives that contribute to increased efforts to establish more in-demand flexible and/or decentralized educational offerings, increased numbers of people acquiring in-demand competence, and enabling more people outside the workforce to receive education and competence development.
