Tilskudd til alternative boformer

Oslo municipality has allocated 2,000,000 NOK to support the city government's work with alternative housing forms. Non-commercial actors can apply for financial support from these funds. The purpose of the grant is to support work on realizing projects/ideas and developing concepts/models related to alternative housing. Alternative housing forms include social housing with a higher degree of sharing and interaction between residents, and alternative forms of housing establishment such as self-building/building communities and ecological urban projects. The grant aims to contribute to knowledge development and more projects based on social housing forms, varied housing options with greater integration of shared solutions and different forms of residential communities, alternative housing establishment through self-building/building communities and ecological urban projects, and other projects related to alternative housing forms. Projects must be completed within two years from when the grant is disbursed, and the grant cannot be used for operational costs like rent, electricity, or maintenance.
