Tilskudd til bedriftsintern opplæring (BiO)

The BiO (Bedriftsintern opplæring) grant program provides funding to support in-company training for employees in small businesses in Finnmark, Norway. The program aims to maintain and strengthen employee competencies in small enterprises that have competency development needs and potential for further growth through training initiatives. The total annual funding pool is 1,250,000 Norwegian kroner, with a maximum grant amount of 150,000 kroner per applicant. Priority is given to businesses focusing on digitalization, sustainable solutions, and competency development related to the green transition. Funding is not available for projects that have already commenced.
