Tilskudd til bedriftsintern opplæring (BIO)

The BIO grant program was designed to support companies with significant restructuring needs by providing funding for employee competency development. The program aimed to help businesses handle organizational transitions without resorting to layoffs or furloughs. It also sought to increase company competencies to meet new societal demands related to digitalization, technology, environment, and sustainability. The grant covered training costs such as course fees, instructor hiring, and material expenses, as well as wage costs for employees participating in the training. Note: This grant program was terminated on January 1, 2024, and only applications submitted by December 31, 2023, are being processed.
