About this opportunity

This grant supports industry development in the cultural and creative sectors in Buskerud, Norway. The program aims to develop regional industry structures for cultural and creative businesses and strengthen the economic sustainability of the arts and cultural sector. The scheme facilitates initiatives that enhance knowledge about culture as an industry, provide service development and competence building in entrepreneurship and business operations, and benefit multiple actors in the region. Projects must have a regional scope and/or regional value, with a duration of up to one year. The program does not support content production, ordinary operations, cultural events (concerts, tours, exhibitions, etc.), or research. Eligible applicants include competence centers, organizations, networks, and other industry-building actors with regional reach in the cultural and creative industries whose primary activities are located in Buskerud. Industry-building actors in visual arts, music, performing arts, literature, film, and games can apply. Cross-cultural collaboration is encouraged. Individual persons cannot apply for this scheme.
