Tilskudd til bransjeutvikling i kulturell og kreativ næring i Østfold

This grant program supports industry development in the cultural and creative sectors in Østfold, Norway. The program provides funding for projects that strengthen industry structures through collaboration, competence building, professionalization, and innovation. The scheme is open to organizations, networks, competence centers, and other actors working with industry development in cultural and creative industries in Østfold. Projects involving collaboration across multiple actors are encouraged and prioritized. Larger projects with regional, national, or international perspectives are given priority over local initiatives. The program aims to facilitate projects that strengthen knowledge about culture as an industry, build competence in operations and entrepreneurship, and benefit multiple actors in the region. Eligible activities include establishing and developing network and cluster collaborations, creating arenas and meeting places for sharing knowledge and collaboration, pilot projects for new services or business models, mentor or internship programs for new establishments, initiatives in digitalization and sustainability, and R&D collaboration. Single companies and individual sole proprietorships without a collaborative dimension are not supported, nor are content production, ordinary operations, individual events, or research.
