Tilskudd til bredbåndsutbygging i Østfold

Østfold fylkeskommune administers this broadband infrastructure grant program on behalf of the Norwegian Ministry of Digitalization and Public Governance. The program aims to ensure that all households and businesses in Østfold receive access to quality broadband services. Municipalities and regions in Østfold can apply for funding to support broadband deployment in areas where households and businesses lack basic broadband offerings. The grant can also be used to increase broadband capacity in areas where the market does not provide satisfactory capacity. For 2025, the program has 20,156,140 NOK available for distribution. Applicants must be municipalities or regions in Østfold applying on behalf of households and businesses without basic broadband access. Applicants must assess their ability to contribute co-financing to the project before applying.
