Tilskudd til ekspertbistand

Tilskudd til ekspertbistand is a grant program offered by NAV (Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration) to support employees and employers who need expert assistance with workplace challenges leading to sick leave. The program provides funding for expert consultation to help identify workplace issues causing absenteeism and develop solutions to enable employees to return to work. The employer applies for the grant and receives reimbursement for expert services. The expert can be a physiotherapist, occupational therapist, nurse, psychologist, or other qualified professional with expertise in work and health. The expert conducts an assessment and provides a report describing the causes of sick leave and proposing measures for return to work. Both the employee and employer must agree that expert assistance is the most appropriate intervention, and NAV must approve before the process begins.
