This grant program provides financial support for businesses purchasing electric machinery and motorized equipment for use in Oslo. The grant aims to encourage the replacement of diesel-powered machines with more climate-friendly electric alternatives. The program covers all forms of motorized construction machinery and equipment that meet the support criteria, including machines used in gardening, port operations, and construction activities. Examples include forklifts, wheel loaders, tractors, lawn mowers, and other operational machines. The support is typically directed towards machines used on construction sites, park and garden operations, road work, and port operations. The grant covers up to 30% of costs with a maximum of 1 million Norwegian kroner. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, and applicants must not begin work or enter into agreements before receiving approval.
