This grant program provides operational funding to established cultural institutions, umbrella organizations, festivals, and cultural actors in Innlandet County, Norway. The program supports both ongoing operations and new, innovative activities for cultural institutions and art/cultural actors that contribute to achieving cultural policy goals. The funding aims to fulfill the vision for culture in Innlandet: "Innlandet – best på kultur" (Innlandet – best in culture). The grant program stimulates increased art and cultural production, helps strengthen the framework conditions for professional artists, and provides opportunities for activity, experiences, and development throughout Innlandet. All grant schemes in the cultural field in Innlandet County must contribute to fulfilling the adopted cultural strategy, which is based on the Innlandet strategy and FN's 17 sustainability goals. The program is open to all forms of artistic expression and genres, supporting institutions and initiatives of a permanent nature, as well as organizations and organizers with national and preferably international ambitions.
