Tilskudd til festivaler

The Agder County Council's festival grant scheme supports and stimulates the development and professionalization of the festival sector in Agder region of Norway. The program aims to facilitate diverse festivals with high artistic standards and contribute to high-quality arts and cultural offerings for Agder residents. Organizers of arts and cultural festivals in Agder can apply for funding to support festival planning, production, and execution. Festivals must last a minimum of 2 days, be held annually or biennially, have a clear cultural profile, be open and accessible to all, and have regional value covering the whole or major parts of the county. The program supports festivals that contribute to the development of the arts and cultural field through quality, distinctiveness, and innovation. Both single-year and multi-year grants for up to three years are available, with priority given to established, regionally significant festivals that demonstrate unique characteristics and can attract national funding.
