Tilskudd til festivaler i Østfold

This grant program supports professionally organized festivals in Østfold county with art and culture as their main purpose. The goal is to make high-quality art and culture accessible to residents while strengthening development, sustainability, and competence within the festival field. Festivals must have regional value and/or a broad regional reach, meeting criteria such as having collaborative partners across a larger geographic area in Østfold, contributing to development within the art and culture field through quality and innovation, or serving a function of significant regional or national value through unique thematic focus or genre position. Østfold county municipality can cover up to one-third of the festival's total costs. The program offers both one-year and multi-year support up to three years for established festivals with governance structures and municipal support agreements.
