It stimulates voluntary efforts and supports the work of voluntary and non-profit organizations in the health and social sector. The program provides both operational grants for running organizations or units, and project grants for time-limited projects. Priority in 2026 is given to initiatives targeting single people, children, youth, and families with limited social networks or experiencing exclusion, such as low-threshold parental support, youth programs, language stimulation for children not in kindergarten, social activities after school with meals, or activities that connect people to leisure activities or health services.
