Troms fylkeskommune offers this grant to stimulate voluntary work throughout Troms county by creating more meeting places, activities, and experiences aimed at children, youth, and young adults. Funding can be provided for both single events and long-term activities or projects that demonstrate voluntary, unpaid effort by and for the residents of Troms. Applicants must be voluntary organizations registered in the Volunteer Registry, and applications must come from the organization's county or regional branch.
