This grant supports voluntary organizations in creating inclusive voluntary meeting places that contribute to diversity and integration in Østfold, Norway. The grant aims to create a more inclusive local community across ethnicity, culture, functional level, and sexual orientation. It focuses on creating meeting places that promote diversity, strengthen participation, equality and tolerance, prevent bullying, discrimination, racism and exclusion, and build bridges between different groups in society. The program particularly targets vulnerable groups and children and youth, with specific attention to increasing immigrant populations' participation in voluntary work and civil society, especially girls.
