Tilskudd til internasjonale mesterskap/arrangement

This grant program from Trøndelag County Council supports major international sports championships and events held in the Trøndelag region. The goal is to support events that create synergies and positive effects for sports, tourism industry, other businesses, and municipalities. The county also contributes with expertise from their network. Organizations applying must be structured so that any surplus cannot be distributed as dividends to private owners, with the exception being if the organization is dissolved and surplus goes to activities for children and youth. The grant requires events to have sports activity as main content and stimulate positive effects among children and young people.
