This grant provides financial support for children in primary school with specific reading and writing difficulties such as dyslexia to purchase a PC or tablet. The support is provided when the student has documented specific reading and writing difficulties and when the school's equipment does not adequately meet the student's needs. The grant is a fixed amount that does not require receipts or documentation of the purchase, and can be reapplied for after four years. Both parents/guardians and school staff can apply on behalf of the child, and the application must include documentation of the specific learning difficulties and explanation of how the device will be integrated into the pedagogical plan at school.
