Events or projects must take place in Drammen municipality, contribute to increased cultural activity in different parts of the municipality, and be open to all. Recipients must market that the initiative is supported by Drammen kommune and submit a brief report and financial statement within one month after the event. Grants are distributed administratively based on discretionary assessment according to the criteria and annual budget framework. Drammen kommune generally does not fully finance projects or events.
