Tilskudd til kulturarenaer i Østfold

This grant program provides funding for cultural venues in Østfold county, Norway. Applicants can apply for construction grants (spillemidler) for new construction, reconstruction, and modernization of cultural arenas, but not for maintenance or operations. The program supports the development of cultural infrastructure where people can experience and participate in art and cultural activities. The grant covers up to one-third of the total approved project cost, with a minimum grant of 150,000 NOK and a maximum of 3,000,000 NOK. Priority is given to projects that have received partial approval in previous years, rehabilitation and conversion of existing premises over new buildings, projects demonstrating increased activity through collaboration agreements, schools as cultural arenas for children and youth, and facilities for art and cultural activities in institutions such as healthcare facilities.
