Tilskudd til livsmestrings- og lavterskel rustiltak

This grant program supports initiatives that contribute to better life mastery in the population and supports measures directed at people living with substance abuse problems. Additionally, the program strengthens work with measures that support youth in criminal sanctions. The program was expanded in June 2025 with additional funding to strengthen work with children and youth who have committed offenses and received reactions through the Conflict Council and Probation Services. The program aims to strengthen collaboration for vulnerable youth, combat exclusion, create mastery and belonging, and prevent further youth crime. Activities can include mentor programs, escort services, social meeting places, and costs associated with serving criminal sanctions.
