This grant program aims to achieve sustainable value creation and reduced greenhouse gas emissions in Østfold county through business development projects. The program supports projects that lead to increased value creation, strengthened competitiveness, and job creation in Østfold by realizing sustainable business development projects. Priority areas include innovation and entrepreneurship for startups and growth companies, clusters and business networks, and green, circular, and digital transformation. The program has a regional focus and aims to contribute to business development throughout Østfold. Projects that strengthen competitiveness within circular economy, green transition, digitalization, social entrepreneurship, or integration into the workforce are prioritized. The program supports development and innovation projects rather than ordinary operational tasks, and requires that projects demonstrate more than simply maintaining existing services.
