Tilskudd til opprydding av vindfall etter stormen Amy den 4. oktober 2025

This grant program provides financial support to forest owners in selected affected municipalities in Møre og Romsdal and Trøndelag for cleaning up storm-damaged pine forests following Storm Amy on October 4, 2025. The subsidy can cover up to 85% of operational costs exceeding NOK 445 per cubic meter of roundwood, with a maximum subsidy of NOK 100 per cubic meter. The program is designed to facilitate necessary cleanup operations to prepare areas for new forest regeneration. Eligible municipalities include Molde, Ålesund, Vestnes, Rauma, Gjemnes, Tingvoll, Sunndal, Surnadal, Oppdal, Rennebu, and Orkland. The subsidy specifically targets windfall of pine trees and cannot be combined with other operational subsidies in the municipality. Support covers necessary costs for transporting storm-damaged timber to roads and excavation of simple temporary access roads, though permanent roads fall outside the program scope.
