Tilskudd til åpne kulturarrangement

Drammen kommune provides grants to concerts, theater performances, exhibitions and other cultural events that are open to everyone. The grant aims to contribute to Drammen having an active cultural life and to give residents a varied cultural offering of high quality. The municipality primarily provides grants to locally based cultural businesses, cultural organizations, groups, and individuals with connections to cultural life in Drammen. Similar actors based in other municipalities can also apply, but the cultural event must then be carried out in Drammen municipality. Cultural actors who do not receive support through other municipal grant schemes are prioritized. Applications must be submitted at least four weeks before the cultural event takes place, using an electronic application form with a description of the event, budget details, and information about grants from other private or public sources. A brief report and financial overview must be sent to Drammen municipality no later than one month after the event is completed.
